The Coordination of the Portuguese Language Program in Canada informs that a Memorandum of Understanding between Camões I.P. and the Halton Catholic District School Board, which establishes a collaboration between both institutions, regarding the Portuguese Program offered by this School Board. The Portuguese language is taught at the following schools: St. James Elementary Catholic School, 255 Morden Road, Oakville;
Guardian Angels Elementary School, 650 Bennett Boulevard, Milton.
At the moment, the program is running with 91 students. However, this number can grow if families show more interest in the learning of Portuguese by their children. If you live in this area and have school aged children, contact the Halton Catholic District School Board, question about schedules of classes and enrol your children in this program.
